At Sports Cards Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your cards or hobby boxes in a sturdy box with protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit; items must be in original factory-sealed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked service to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the integrity of the seals and card condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
